5 students from ESCP Business School wanted to solve 2 issues which are very sensitive in Italy right now:
- How to incentivize school dropouts to come back to school?
- Many Italian companies have problems with recruiting?
Thanks to the “Design thinking” process, they have successfully created a very innovative platform that aims to connect school dropouts who wish to finish their studies with companies that have trouble to recruit people.
